Weekly Photo Challenge: Let There Be Light

This week’s photo challenge with the Daily Post is called “Let There Be Light.”

My first thought was Christmas lights.  Maybe that is because Patrick and I went home for a visit this weekend and every time we saw a house with Christmas lights on we both screamed “Christmas” obnoxiously.  Maybe.

My second thought was the marvel of electrical light.  But that might be because our power was out for half the day on Thursday… To make matters frustrating, we could see the streetlights working just part way down the block.

I, however settled on photos from our adventures to the Botanical Gardens in Montreal.  I shared some photos from another part of the gardens for another photo challenge, but this time, I am picking some of the less bright, but to me, equally interesting lit plant displays.
