Cats in Rome

While we were in Rome, I accidentally stumbled upon a cat monument (translation… I was lost and wandering through a park… and got confused to see a ton of cats).  Yes, a monument on which cats lived.   And it was fenced in… And signed.

Unfortunately, Patrick was not with me.  So, I had to take him back to see it.  He was as excited as a kid in a candy store.

Apparently, cats are protected in Italy.  So, there are parts of town crawling with them.  Too funny.  Patrick thinks it is great.
