This week’s photo challenge with the Daily Post is called “Lost in the Details.”
I chose pictures from our first visit to see the iceberg last year in the Spring time. The day was grey and misty, but t seemed to bring out the blue undertones of the berg. I took several different angles and such and each one seems unique in some way.
We went back a few days later at sunset on a clear day and these were a few of the shots I got.

The first one is the best–it really shows the shapes and curves of it and it is set up beautifully. I cant take a picture, its just not my talent, so I appreciate looking at beautiful pictures! Glaciers are wonderful works of art. I had the amazing experience of hiking up to one in the alps and drinking from a spout that jetted out from a lower section. Coldest liquid I ever tasted, best water too.
The first one is my favourite too!
It is amazing how giant hunks of ice float around and become so beautiful.
Hiking a glacier must have been amazing. I would love to do that some day!
Where is this? So pretty
It is in Newfoundland.
