Weekly Photo Challenge: Object

This week’s photo challenge with the Daily Post is called “object.”

I feel like most of the pictures I take have objects in them.  They generally have something in them.

The objects I chose are fire roasted deliciousness… Okay, one is delicious and terrible for you and the other is delicious to other people, though not me, but also terrible for you.  IMG_4219 IMG_4220

The darkness behind the roasted food really forces you to focus on the object in question.

These photos are from our adventures on our anniversary last year.  We stayed at this lovely cabin and had a bonfire complete with roasted hot dogs and marshmallows.  I was particularly proud of my mad roasting skills that night, even if I ate less than half of it.  It was wonderful.

      • You can have bone fires in the winter … we do here in Sweden out on the lake’s ice. *smile
Not that we have any ice where I live just now. *smile More springtime.

      • We have bonfires in the winter here too, but I live in the middle of the city, so often the only time I am somewhere were I can have a bonfire is at a cabin or camping, which we generally only do in the summer. Just 4-5 more months until then!
