Weekly Photo Challenge: Room

This week’s photo challenge with the Daily Post is called “Room.”

When Patrick and I were visiting New York, we went to a museum on an old aircraft carrier and an old submarine.  It was really cool.  It also brought out a nice contrast in the concept of room.  The submarine had really tight quarters and concussion inducing doorways.  The aircraft carrier was, well, huge… Because anything that houses that many planes and people would need to be.

  1. the aircraft carrier museum is a cool idea…the NYC is the Intrepid…I have been on one of her ‘sisters’ in Alameda, California – my father-in-law served on her in WWII.. we got to visit the ship for one of his reunions with him… my kids will always cherish the visit. Submarines give me the heebbeejeebies… to tight for me. have a wonderful week

    • That is really neat!
I can see why submarines are tight for you, they are pretty narrow. I liked it, less the hitting my head a couple times.
      Thanks for stopping by!
